Welcome to our series: DBI’s Top 10 Most Wanted.🚨👮♀
Some of the stuff that we see in the field is pretty wild, and we want to share it with our community in hopes of educating everyone on what NOT to do when it comes to draft system design, build, installation and maintenance AND so you know what type of work is unacceptable from your paid vendors & suppliers.
For example, meet one of our current top 10: WILL FALLASHELF
This criminal is a glycol power pack who has been installed on a tiny elevated shelf.
Wanted For: Conspiracy To Commit Damage To Property; Attempted Battery; Attempted Murder
DESCRIPTION
- Aliases: William Fal, “OhShit,” Ahowdoes Thisguyhaveajob
- Date(s) of Birth Used: February 20, 2017
- Place of Birth: Portland, TX
- Height: 4’10”
- Weight: Don’t want to find out, but probably will
- Scars and Marks: Stainless steel with pads at corners
CAUTION
Will Fallashelph has been known to fall without prior warning. He has the potential to cause significant damage to surrounding equipment and the equipment he supports.
Due to extremely poor installation and a complete failure of the technician to take any amount of pride in his work, Fallashelph could take the entire draft system offline at any moment. This, in turn, would bring beer sales to a halt.
Worse, if an employee is in the vicinity, the restaurant could face a costly worker’s compensation claim as well as a lawsuit for failure to repair the equipment in a timely manner.
SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS!
