The Outdoor Resort in Cathedral City, CA, enlisted Draft Beer Intelligence to install a Pour My Beer self-pour draft beer system and supply a walk-in cooler.

The draft system was an eight faucet direct draw draft beer system. The customer wanted two draft cocktail lines, two draft wine lines, and four draft beer lines for their project.
We partnered with the Pour My Beer team to ensure the system was designed and installed per their specifications. This guarantees our customer and their guests will receive the best self-pour draft beer system experience possible.
Unfortunately, we come behind self-pour systems installed by other companies, which aren’t always installed properly. This leads to frustrated operators and guests that can’t properly pour beer by the ounce, which leads to a poor reputation and a loss of sales.
For this installation, like all DBI projects, we invested a lot of time in the design side of this system and in educating the customer on why our systems and service are different.
Outdoor Resort went all in on the DBI Standard (aka the highest quality) to provide every customer with a fresh, cold pint. We used the best stainless steel parts, components, and barrier tubing that guarantees each pint tastes the way the brewer intended.
Phase 1: Supply the Walk-in Cooler
We supplied the walk-in cooler for this project, and the customer took on the task of installing it with their in-house maintenance team. We supported the process along the way to make sure their installation was successful.
Phase 2: DBI Custom Secondary Regulator Panels & Trunkline
Our custom panels include a secondary regulator, foam-on beer detectors (FOBs), barrier tubing, and stainless steel keg couplers. We use a dual barrier, smaller diameter tubing with an exceptional gas barrier and outstanding hygienic quality. This spec of tubing is ideal for protection against cross migration of flavors. We also use a variation of this tubing for our beer jumper lines.
Phase 3: Custom Stainless Steel Wall Mount Drip Tray & Shadow Box
We supplied and installed a custom wall-mount drip tray per the Pour My Beer specifications and a custom shadow box. This included all stainless shanks and beer faucets, a standard for all DBI installations.

This draft system now meets or exceeds all Brewers Association standards. The system has barrier tubing and stainless steel components from the keg coupler to the beer faucets.
